共同富裕视角下社区教育价值定位与路径选择——基于温州的思考

摘  要:实现共同富裕不仅是经济问题,而且是关系到党的执政基础的重大政治问题,要主动自觉解决区域、城乡、收入等方面差距,不断增强人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感,不断实现人民对美好生活的向往。社区教育的价值定位和共同富裕的推进,与人的全面发展内在统一,二者具有内在逻辑的一致性。“物质富裕”“精神富裕”“社会和谐有序”皆是二者的目标与方向,在政治层面、经济层面、文化层面、社会层面有具体指向。社区教育的内在价值、工具价值、过程价值、产品价值,对应政府层面的目标追求、市场层面的显性效果、社会层面的潜移默化、个人层面的自我认可。依托社区教育的价值定位,主动加强社区教育的系统设计与方向调整,对未来社区教育的走向具有指向性。Achieving common prosperity is not only an economic concern,but also a major political concern related to the ruling foundation of the Party.We should take the initiative to consciously solve the regional,urban-rural,income gaps and so on,constantly enhance people’s sense of security,gain,and happiness,and constantly realize people’s yearning for better lives.The value orientation of community education and the promotion of common prosperity are internally unified with people’s all-round development,and the two have internal logical consistency.“Material affluence”,“spiritual affluence”and“social harmony”are the goals and directions,with specific directions at the political,economic,cultural and social levels.The intrinsic value,tool value,process value and product value of community education correspond to the goal pursuit at the government level,the explicit effect at the market level,the subtle influence at the social level and the self recognition at the individual level.Relying on the value orientation of community education,we should actively strengthen the system design and direction adjustment of community education,which can direct the future of community education.
