数字赋能高等学历继续教育内涵式发展的对策探析——以顺德职业技术学院继续教育为例

摘　　要：新中国成立70多年来,随着我国经济社会发生翻天覆地的变化,高等学历继续教育事业取得了巨大进步,与改革开放相伴相生。进入新时代,高等学历继续教育从学历补偿转向能力与素质提升,从注重规模扩张转向内涵式发展,高等学历继续教育走出具有中国特色的继续教育发展道路。顺德职业技术学院针对学历继续教育不同类型社会生源的特点和需求,推进“智慧教学系统+校企互动开放式课程”模式创新,实现在线课程建设、在线课程学习、在线教学互动和教学分析的智慧化教学管理,助推高等学历继续教育组织形式、教学管理模式的变革创新,以数字赋能高等学历继续教育内涵式发展。Over the Past 70 years since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,with the great economic and social changes in China,great progress has been made in higher continuing education,which is accompanied by reform and opening up.In the new era,the function of higher continuing education has shifted from education supplement to ability and quality improvement,and from scale expansion to connotation development.Higher continuing education is developing with Chinese characteristics.According to the characteristics and needs of different types of students in higher continuing education,Shunde Vocational and Technical College promotes the innovation of“smart teaching system+school-enterprise interactive open curriculum”model,achieving smart teaching management by online course construction,online course learning,online teaching interaction and teaching analysis,so as to promote the reform and innovation of the organizational from and teaching management model of higher continuing education,empowering the connotation development of higher continuing education by digital technology.
