摘  要:目的探讨小儿外科病例三维模型在临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法使用Amira软件构建小儿外科病例三维模型,在临床见习教学中利用三维模型开展病例讨论。采用整群抽样方法,选取2021年2月~2021年5月在温州医科大学附属第二医院育英儿童医院小儿外科见习的2017级五年制儿科学专业30名学生为研究对象。按照抽签方式将30名学生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组15名学生。试验组学生在传统病例讨论教学方式的基础上,增加病例三维模型教学内容;对照组学生采用传统病例讨论教学方式。教学后,比较两组学生出科理论考试成绩和教学满意度调查结果。结果试验组和对照组学生的出科考试成绩分别为(90.33±3.64)分和(84.60±3.68)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学满意度调查结果显示,试验组学生不满意率为6.7%(1/15)、一般满意率为26.7%(4/15)、满意率为66.7%(10/15),对照组学生不满意率为20.0%(3/15)、一般满意率为66.7%(10/15)、满意率为13.3%(2/15),两组差异具有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论采用Amira软件构建小儿外科病例三维模型并将其应用于临床见习教学,有助于提高学生出科考试成绩和教学满意度。Objective To discuss the application effect of three-dimensional model of pediatric surgical case in clinical probation teaching.Methods The Amira software was used to construct a three-dimensional model of pediatric surgical cases,and the three-dimensional model was used to conduct case discussions.Using the cluster sampling method,30 students majoring in pediatrics in the five-year program of grade 2017 who were interns in Department of Pediatric Surgery,The Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children’s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from February 2021 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of drawing lots,30 medical students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 15 medical students in each group.Based on the traditional case discussion teaching method,the experimental group students were exposed to additional content of the three-dimensional model;while the control group merely adopted the traditional method.The theoretical examination results and teaching satisfaction of the experimental and control groups were compared after teaching.Results The scores of the experimental group and the control group were 90.33±3.64 and 84.60±3.68 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction showed that the dissatisfaction rate of the experimental group was 6.7%(1/15),the general satisfaction rate was 26.7%(4/15),and the satisfaction rate was 66.7%(10/15),while the dissatisfaction rate of the control group was 20.0%(3/15),the general satisfaction rate was 66.7%(10/15),and the satisfaction rate was 13.3%(2/15).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusions The use of Amira software to construct a three-dimensional model of pediatric surgical cases and applying it to clinical probation teaching can help improve students examination results and teaching satisfaction.
