摘　　要：目的探讨新冠疫情防控期间医学院校高等学历继续教育线上教学的实践效果。方法选择哈尔滨医科大学继续教育学院2019级和2020级临床医学、护理学、医学检验技术3个本科专业204名学生为研究对象,新冠疫情防控期间对其进行线上教学。采用问卷调查方法,了解204名学生对线上教学实践效果的评价。结果77.0%(157/204)的学生对线上教学授课质量表示很满意。不同专业学生对授课教师整体评价比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同专业学生线上授课内容掌握程度比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论学生对线上教学方式的接受和满意程度较好;授课平台的类型影响授课效果。应当加强师资培训力度,改进线上授课方式,不断提高线上授课水平。Objective To explore the online teaching effect of advanced continuing education in medical schools during the COVID-19 prevention and control period.Methods Using the questionnaire survey method,204 students from grade 2019 and 2020 majors in clinical medical,nursing and medical laboratory technology in Continuing Education College of Harbin Medical University were selected to conduct the online teaching effect.Results 77.0%(157/204)students were satisfied with the quality of the online teaching.There was a statistically significant difference between the students of different majors in the overall evaluation of the teaching teachers(P<0.05);the difference in the mastery of the online teaching content of the students of different majors was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Students have high acceptance and satisfaction with online teaching methods.The type of teaching platform affects the teaching effect.We should strengthen teacher training,improve online teaching methods,and continuously improve the level of online teaching.
