摘  要:学业是教育发展永恒的主题,在学业辅导领域,我国高校大学生的学业问题多种多样。如何做好学风建设,帮助大学生特别是学困生解决学业问题,建立系统完善的学业辅导体系,全面落实高校立德树人根本任务,是高校教育工作的首要任务。基于此,本研究通过调查高校学生的学习情况,结合学业困难学生的实际情况,寻求提高学业困难学生自主学习能力的方法,建立班导师、辅导员、学生家长、朋辈与校友共同扶困的五位协同精准育人新体系,并结合具体实际不断优化。Study is the eternal theme of education development.In the field of academic guidance,the academic problems of Chinese college and university students are various.How to do a good job in the construction of the style of study,help college and university students,especially those with academic difficulties,to solve their academic problems,and establish a systematic and complete academic guidance system to fully implement the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities is the primary task of college and university education.Based on this,by investigating the learning situation of college and university students and combining with the actual situation of students with academic difficulties,this study seeks to improve students autonomous learning ability among those with academic difficulties,realize the new five-point collaborative precise education system of class mentors,counselors,parents of students,peers and alumni,and constantly optimize it according to the specific reality.
