摘  要:本课题采用匀胶法,将Ag纳米线溶液涂覆在壳聚糖膜表面,烘干成纳米银线薄层,再于纳米银线薄层上生长一层壳聚糖膜,最终制备成三明治结构的柔性导电复合材料,用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、万能拉力机对其官能团、微观结构、力学性能进行表征。结果表明,Ag纳米线柔性复合材料兼顾了柔韧性和优异的导电性,大大拓展了材料的应用范围。In this paper,Ag nanowire solution is coated on the surface of chitosan film by the homogenization method,dried into a thin layer of silver nanowires,and then a layer of chitosan film is grown on the thin layer of silver nanowires.Finally,a flexible conductive composite material with sandwich structure was prepared.The func‐tional groups,microstructure and mechanical properties were characterized by FT-IR,SEM and universal tensile machine.The results show that Ag nanowire flexible composite materials take into account both flexibility and ex‐cellent conductivity,which greatly expands the application range of the material.
