摘 要:1+X证书制度试点工作是国家职业教育改革培养高质量技能型人才的重要举措。从试点工作开展情况来看,在具体实施过程中仍然存在师生对1+X证书制度认识不够、课证适配度不高、课程内容与X证书内容缺少衔接、学习成果转化不够、专业教师胜任力不足等问题。为进一步保障1+X证书试点工作有效实施,从职业院校试点角度出发,就现存的问题,通过扩大宣传、实施课证融通、学习成果互认,以及教师分层培训,推进X证书试点工作更加高效地开展。The pilot work of 1+X certificate system is an important measure for the national vocational education reform to cultivate high-quality skilled talents. Judging from the implementation of the pilot work, there are still some problems in the specific implementation process, such as teachers and students’ insufficient understanding of the 1+X certificate system, low suitability of the course and certificate, lack of connection between the course content and the X certificate content, insufficient transformation of learning results, and insufficient competence of professional teachers. In order to further ensure the effective implementation of the pilot work of 1+X certificate, from the perspective of the pilot work in vocational colleges, the X certificate pilot work is promoted more efficiently through the expansion of publicity, the implementation of course-certificate integration, mutual recognition of learning results, and hierarchical training of teachers.
