老年人新媒体教育进常州社区的方案研究——以M社区为例

摘　　要：本次研究以常州M社区为对象,对老年人新媒体教育进行了深入的方案探究。研究的设计思路为将新媒体教育作为M社区老年人服务的创新点,并将新媒体教育置于M社区老年人服务中。笔者针对各种新媒体不同的特点,主要确认APP和微信为主要教育媒体。活动取得了较好的成效:社区老年人、老年人家属、社区工作人员对活动满意;活动满足老年人的日常需求;新媒体教育介入到社会工作后,增强老年人对社区和如今生活的认同。Taking M community in Changzhou as the object,this study conducted an in-depth study on new media education for the elderly.The design idea of the study is to take new media education as the innovation point of M community service for the elderly,and put new media education in M community service for the elderly.According to the different characteristics of various new media,the author mainly confirmed APP and wechat as the main educational media.The activity has achieved good results:the community elderly,elderly family members,community staff are satisfied with the activity;Activities to meet the daily needs of the elderly;After the intervention of new media education in social work,the elderly can enhance their identification with the community and their current life.
