高校促进原创性基础研究管理服务工作探讨——基于原创探索计划项目及北京大学视角

摘　　要：通过对科学基金原创项目2020—2021年度申请资助情况进行深入分析,并以北京大学获资助原创项目作为具体案例进行探讨后发现,项目资助对研究质量把关严格,对青年科技人才适当倾斜,鼓励学科交叉类基础研究。从科研管理服务的视角为高校促进原创性基础研究提出相关对策建议。Through in-depth analysis of the funding for original projects since the implementation of 2020—2021,this paper takes the original project implemented in Peking University as a specific case for research and discussion,and found that the project funding strictly controls the quality of research,gives preference to young scientific and technological talents,and encourages interdisciplinary basic research.Based on this,it provides some suggestions for colleges and universities to promote original basic research from the perspective of scientific research management.
