摘  要:基于社会网络理论,构建“博弈-分工-效率”的理论框架,通过多项式回归模型与计量模型,对我国知识密集型企业的128个研发团队展开连续10个月的日记式调研。研究发现:(1)团队内竞合博弈的确同时存在竞争性与合作性两种非一致性维度;(2)团队内竞合博弈会通过强化团队交互记忆系统,间接促进团队创新效率提升,且团队成员交换是这一影响机制中的重要情境边界;(3)基于组态分析,提出基于数字化团队交互记忆系统与基于团队内可持续型协同创新生态两组高绩效企业研发团队创新效率提升方案。根据研究结论,建议相关企业须打破利益短视与团队内耗之局限,通过完善数字化研发团队交互记忆系统,构建企业可持续性创新供给生态。Based on the social network theory and the theoretical framework of "game-labor division-efficiency",and a diary-style survey of 128 RD teams of knowledge-intensive enterprises in China is carried out for 10 consecutive months through polynomial regression model and econometric model.It is found that:(1) there are two noninconsistent dimensions in the competition and cooperation game within the team;(2) The coopetition game within the team will indirectly promote the improvement of team innovation efficiency by strengthening the team interaction memory system,and team member exchange is an important situational boundary in this influence mechanism;(3) Based on configuration analysis,two groups of high-performance enterprise RD team innovation efficiency improvement schemes based on digital team interactive memory system and sustainable collaborative innovation ecology within the team are proposed.According to the research conclusion,it is suggested that relevant enterprises should break the limitation of myopia and stop team internal consumption,and build a sustainable innovation supply ecology by improving the interactive memory system of digital RD teams.
