摘 要:为了探讨导师指导对本科生毕业论文写作自我效能感的影响,以及毕业论文写作焦虑在其中的调节作用,采用《毕业论文写作自我效能感量表》《毕业论文写作焦虑量表》和导师指导指标对海南某高校408名在校本科毕业生进行调查。结果表明:1)本科生毕业论文导师指导得分较高(M=8.86),本科生毕业论文写作自我效能感处于中等水平(M=4.40),本科生毕业论文写作焦虑程度较高(M=81.34);2)导师指导显著正向预测本科生毕业论文写作自我效能感(β=0.308,t=6.516,P<0.001);3)本科生毕业论文写作焦虑在导师指导和写作自我效能感之间起调节作用(β=0.115,t=2.697,P<0.01,ΔR^(2)=0.02)。因此,加强导师指导,降低本科生毕业论文写作焦虑,可有效提高本科生毕业论文写作自我效能感。To explore the influence of tutor's guidance on undergraduate students' self-efficacy in thesis writing and the moderating effect of students' writing anxiety,a survey was conducted on a total of 408 current undergraduate students from a university in Hainan using the Graduation Thesis Writing Self-Efficacy Scale,Thesis Writing Anxiety Scale and the tutors′ guidance index.The results show that:1)The score of tutors' guidance of undergraduate thesis was high(M=8.86),the self-efficacy of undergraduate thesis writing was at the medium level(M=4.40),and the degree of anxiety of undergraduate thesis writing was high(M=81.34);2)Tutors' guidance positively predicted the self-efficacy of undergraduate thesis writing(β=0.308,t=6.516,P<0.001);3)Undergraduate thesis writing anxiety had a moderating effect on the relationship between tutors' guidance and writing self-efficacy(β=0.115,t=2.697,P<0.01,ΔR^(2)=0.02).Therefore,strengthening the tutor's guidance and reducing the anxiety of undergraduate students can effectively improve the undergraduate students' self-efficacy in thesis writing.
