习近平幸福观视域下的幸福教育解读

摘　　要：习近平幸福观的基本内容是:人民幸福观、奋斗幸福观、共享幸福观。人民幸福是其本质与核心内容,教育关涉人民的幸福。文章拟以习近平幸福观解读“幸福教育”,提出人的需要、劳动、社会协同在幸福教育中的作用,并剖析教育不幸福的原因,从而指出幸福教育实现路径为:满足学习需要,塑造和谐学习关系,增加教育主体间交流理解,创造尊重平等氛围;满足身体参与、体验需要,扩大参与式、体验式学习机会,增加实践体验;满足互动交往需要,创造多样态交往学习形式,引导学生的幸福追求。The basic content of XiJinping’s concept of happiness is the concept of people’s happiness,the concept of struggle happiness,and the concept of shared happiness.People’s happiness is its essence and core content,and education is related to people’s happiness.By analyzing the causes of unhappiness in education,this paper points out that the path to achieve happiness education is to meet the needs of learning,shape a harmonious learning relationship,increase communication and understanding among educational subjects,and create an atmosphere of respect for equality;Meet physical participation and experience needs,expand participatory and experiential learning opportunities,and increase practical experience;Meet the needs of interaction,create various forms of communication and learning,and guide students to pursue happiness.
