摘  要:本研究基于对来自4个城市的农民工随迁子女及其所在班级的第一手调查数据,运用两水平分层线性模型,对农民工随迁子女的学习适应性及其影响因素进行了计量分析。研究发现,影响随迁子女学习适应性的因素主要来自学生个体及其家庭,其次是班级因素。在控制其他变量情况下,随迁子女所在学段、人际互动状况、家长教育参与对其学习适应性有显著影响;教师对学生的接纳度也对随迁子女学习适应有显著影响。因此,本研究提出父母合理安排迁移决策,高度重视随迁子女家庭教育;教师提高对随迁子女的接纳度,引导学生建立健康的同伴关系是提高随迁子女学习适应性,同时推动随迁子女教育发展与社会融合的重要策略。As more and more rural parents in China work in cities,they bring their children to study in schools near their work places.The research is based on first hand investigation data about migrant workers’children,as well as their classes,in four cities of China.The two-level hierarchical linear model is used for a quantitative analysis of migrant workers’children’s leaning adaptability and the influencing factors.The factors that influence their learning adaptability mainly come from the students themselves and their families,followed by class factors.With other variables under control,factors that obviously affect the students’learning adaptability include the phase of their study,interpersonal interaction,and parent'8 participation in education;and teacher'8 acceptance of the students also has a significant influence on the students’learming adaptability.It is proposed that parents should reasonably make their migration decision and pay close attention to their children's family cultivation;teachers should be more ready to accept migrant students and guide them to build up healthy peer relations.These are important strategies to improve migrant students’learning adaptability,and,on the other,to propel the educational development of migrant students and social integration.
