摘  要:高职院校专业教学的标准化、合理化是培养食用菌产业发展人才的前提和保障。为研制食用菌生产与加工技术专业的国家教学标准,在教育部行业职业教育教学指导委员会的指导下,对国内14个省市的行业协会及部分行业主管部门、企业、高职院校,以及139名毕业生进行了调研工作。通过分析调研结果,从课程设置、校企合作、政策导向等方面,为食用菌生产与加工技术专业教学标准制定提供参考。Standardization and rationalization of professional teaching in vocational colleges are the prerequisite and guarantee for cultivating talents for the development of the edible mushroom industry.In order to establish national teaching standards for the production and processing technology of edible mushroom,under the guidance of the Industry Vocational Education Teaching Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education,research was conducted on industry associations and some industry regulatory departments,enterprises,vocational colleges in 14 provinces and cities in China,as well as 139 graduates.Through the analysis of the research results,from the aspects of curriculum setting,school-enterprise cooperation,policy orientation,which provides reference for the development of teaching standards for edible mushroom production and processing technology majors.
