摘 要:文章以地铁盾构区间施工沉降为切入点,叙述了盾构区间施工期间地层沉降变形问题的形成机理与主要特征。随后,围绕现有工艺技术的缺陷,针对性地提出包括施工参数优化、渣土改良、同步环箍注浆在内的多项施工沉降处理技术。旨在推动地铁盾构法的优化,从根本上预防盾构区间施工沉降问题的出现,也为后续地铁工程施工作业的开展提供技术参考。Taking the subway shield interval construction settlement as the starting point,this paper describes the formation mechanism and main characteristics of ground settlement deformation during shield interval construction.Then,focusing on the defects of the existing technologies,a number of construction settlement treatment technologies including construction parameter optimization,slag soil improvement,and synchronous hoop grouting are proposed.The purpose is to promote the optimization of the subway shield method,fundamentally prevent the occurrence of settlement problems in the construction of the shield interval,and also provide technical reference for the subsequent subway engineering construction.
