临床医学专业硕士学位研究生住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：临床医学专业硕士学位研究生(专硕)的培养目标是培养合格的临床医生,要求研究生在就读期间进行住院医师规范化培训(住培),强调以岗位胜任力为核心,提高职业素养及规范临床诊疗能力。同时,专业学位研究生也应具备一定的科研能力,这对专业研究生的培养提出了更高要求。但在研究生的住培中,仍存在一些问题,包括科研训练与临床培训的矛盾,等等。本文针对专业学位研究生住培中存在的问题进行分析,并探讨相应对策,以期进一步提高临床医学专业学位研究生住培的质量。The training of graduates for clinical medicine master degree is organized by standardized training for residents during their program.The training focuses to post competencies,capacity building of clinical diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,clinical medicine graduates should also have certain scientific research capacity.This puts forward higher requirements for the training of medical graduates.However,there are still some problems in the process of resident training for medical graduates including the contradiction between research training and clinical training,etc.This paper analyzes the problems in resident training for medical graduates and discusses the corresponding countermeasures to further improve the quality of resident training for graduates of clinical medicine.
