摘 要:近年来,随着社会的发展和城市化进程的加快,农业生产活动中产生大量的有毒有害重金属物质在大蒜中富集,对人体健康构成严重威胁。重金属污染导致大蒜出口形势极为严峻,影响了我国大蒜产品的正常出口贸易。本文综述了大蒜中的重金属残留限值,通过比较分析,结合国内大蒜重金属污染物限量标准的实际情况,探讨大蒜重金属污染物限量标准对国际贸易的影响,为打破技术贸易措施提供借鉴,以期对提高我国大蒜产品的国际竞争力起到积极作用。In recent years,with the development of society and the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of toxic and harmful heavy metals produced in agricultural production activities are enriched in garlic,which poses a serious threat to human health.Heavy metal pollution has led to a severe situation for garlic exports,affecting the normal export trade of garlic products in China.In this paper,the residual limits of heavy metals in garlic were summarized.Through comparative analysis,combined with the actual situation of the domestic limit standards of heavy metal pollutants in garlic,the influence of the limit standards of heavy metal pollutants in garlic on international trade was discussed,so as to provide reference for breaking technical trade measures,and to play a positive role in improving the international competitiveness of Chinese garlic products.
