摘　　要：天然功能性饮品主要是指利用动植物中有益成分制成的对人体机能起促进作用的饮品。目前市场上的功能性饮品主要可分为抗疲劳、抗氧化、增强免疫力以及多功能复合饮品,本文对其原材料、加工工艺以及健康保健功效进行归纳、总结,并分析天然功能性饮品未来的发展方向。Natural functional beverages mainly refer to beverages made from beneficial ingredients in animals and plants that promote human function.At present,functional drinks in the market can be divided into anti-fatigue,antioxidant,immunity-boosting and multi-functional complex drinks.This paper summarizes and summarizes their raw materials,processing processes and health care effects,and analyzes the future development direction of natural functional drinks.
