论孔子君子人格思想对新时代青年道德人格培育的启示

摘　　要：“君子”是孔子在《论语》中所提出的集现实性与理想性于一身的道德人格典范,也是千百年来中国社会所推崇的理想人格。这种理想人格包括了作为君子内在德性的“仁、知、勇”以及作为外在德行的“礼”等诸多道德要素,在两千多年的历史中发挥着形象导引、教化学子、安邦定民等重要作用。孔子的君子人格思想具有重大的时代价值,不仅能够推动明德爱国的时代君子的形成,也能够推动立德树人的时代使命的完成。因此,立足新时代对青年道德提出的诸多要求,在对孔子的君子人格思想进行辩证吸收的基础上,发挥其对于新时代青年道德人格培育的积极作用,也就有其必然性和可行性。“Gentleman(Junzi)”is a moral model integrating reality and idealism proposed in the Analects of Confucius,which has been respected in Chinese society for thousands of years.Composed of such internal virtues as benevolence,intelligence and courage and the external quality of propriety,it has played an important role in image shaping,education and keeping peace and stability in more than 2000 years of feudal history.Confucius thought of gentleman has great contemporary values in shaping the contemporary gentleman with morality and patriotism and in accomplishing the contemporary mission of cultivating people of morality.Therefore,it is both compulsory and feasible to absorb selectively the traditional thought of Gentleman and exert its positive role in cultivating the young in the new era.
