摘  要:根据SO_(2)气体吸收光谱与荧光光谱特性,该文设计了一种基于紫外荧光光谱技术的SO_(2)气体测量实验装置。该装置利用闪耀氙灯和透镜得到小光束平行光,在荧光反应室内进行SO_(2)荧光的激发反应,使用光电倍增管探测激发荧光的强度。通过开展不同浓度的SO_(2)激发荧光强度检测实验,表明SO_(2)浓度与荧光强度电压信号峰值有良好的线性关系,线性度优于99.9%。通过Allan方差分析,当积分时间为164.7 s时,探测极限为0.79μg/m^(3),有效实现了低浓度SO_(2)的检测。该装置结构紧凑、精度高、稳定性好,可用于低浓度SO_(2)气体的连续测量以及实验教学。According the absorption and fluorescence spectral properties of SO_(2)gas,an experimental device for SO_(2) gas measurement based on UV fluorescence spectroscopy is designed.The device uses a flashing xenon lamp and a lens to obtain a small beam of parallel light,and the excitation reaction of SO_(2) fluorescence is carried out in a fluorescence reaction chamber.The intensity of the excitation fluorescence is detected using a photomultiplier tube.The results shows that there is a good linear relationship between different concentrations of SO_(2) and the peak voltage signal of fluorescence intensity with a linearity better than 99.9%.The detection limit is 0.79μg/m^(3)at an integration time of 164.7 s by Allan variance,which effectively achieved the detection of low concentration SO_(2).The device is compact,highly accurate and stable,and it can be used for continuous measurement of low concentration SO_(2)gas as well as for experimental teaching.
