摘  要:为探究正念对幼儿园教师工作满意度的影响,以及心理资本和工作投入在其中的作用,以河南、陕西两地参加国培计划的597名幼儿园教师为研究对象,采用教学正念量表、心理资本量表、工作投入量表、工作满意度量表进行测量。结果发现,幼儿园教师正念、工作投入和工作满意度在教龄、学历、园所位置上差异显著;正念、心理资本、工作投入及工作满意度两两显著正相关;正念显著正向预测工作满意度;心理资本、工作投入在正念对工作满意度的影响中起中介作用。具体而言,正念通过三条路径影响幼儿园教师工作满意度:心理资本的单独中介作用、工作投入的单独中介作用以及两者的链式中介作用。培养正念型幼儿园教师,重视心理资本及工作投入的发展可提高幼儿园教师工作满意度。In order to explore the effect of mindfulness on job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers,as well as the role of psychological capital and job involvement,this study took 597 kindergarten teachers who participated in the national training program in Henan and Shaanxi provinces as the research objects,and measured them with the teaching mindfulness scale,psychological capital scale,job involvement scale and job satisfaction scale.The results showed that mindfulness,job involvement and job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers are significantly different in terms of teaching experience,educational background and the location of kindergarten;The relationships between each pair of kindergarten teachers'mindfulness,psychological capital,job involvement and job satisfaction are significantly positive;Mindfulness positively predicted job satisfaction;Psychological capital and job involvement mediate the effects of mindfulness on job satisfaction.Specifically,mindfulness affects kindergarten teachers'job satisfaction through three pathways:the sole mediating effect of psychological capital,the sole mediating effect of job involvement,and the chain mediating effect of both.Cultivating mindful kindergarten teachers and paying attention to the development of psychological capital and job involvement can improve the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers.
