摘　　要：高职院校贫困大学生面临家庭经济困难和就业困难的“双困”局面,就业能力不足和自我效能感较低使其在就业竞争中处于弱势地位。高职院校贫困大学生实现充分就业和高质量就业是改变自身及其家庭经济状况的重要方式,其就业能力的提升,可以更好地实现就业,对于社会、学校、家庭和毕业生本人具有重要意义。基于此,贫困大学生要有主动提升自身就业能力和综合素质的意识,同时政府、学校、社会等多方力量相结合,营造更加公平的就业环境,为贫困大学生提供更多的社会资源和心理支持,提升贫困大学生的就业能力,促进毕业生实现高质量就业。Poor college students in higher vocational colleges are facing the “double poverty”situation of family economic difficulties and employment difficulties.Their lack of employability and low self-efficacy make them in a weak position in the employment competition.The realization of full and high-quality employment for impoverished vocational college students is an important way to change their own and their family's economic situation.The improvement of their employability can better achieve employment,which is of great significance to society,schools,families,and graduates themselves.Based on this,impoverished college students should have the awareness of actively improving their employability and comprehensive quality.At the same time,the government,schools,society and other forces should be combined to create a more fair employment environment,provide more social resources and psychological support for impoverished college students,enhance their employability,and promote high-quality employment for graduates.
