摘  要:专业集群发展是专业发展的一种新模式、新理念,专业群发展动力的源泉是专业之间及专业群之间的不平衡状态,主要表现为专业群主体、结构和功能的不平衡。专业群系统要素比较复杂,要素之间的功能融合、价值再造、联结优化等都需要进行系统化思维,否则,专业群有可能因为我们的狭隘和偏执而丧失集群效应。专业群系统变革的现实路径有:有序,即完善专业群治理结构,提升治理能力;融合,即创新专业群运行机制,发挥集群优势;差别,即强化专业群特色,突出专业个性;联系,即融合专业群信息资源,强化逻辑关联;变革,即强化专业群实践创新,确保持续发展。The development of professional cluster is a new mode and new idea of professional development.The source of the development of professional cluster is the imbalance among majors and among professional groups,which is mainly manifested as the imbalance of the main body,structure and function of professional group.The systematic elements of professional groups are relatively complex,and the functional integration,value reconstruction and connection optimization among the elements all require systematic thinking.Otherwise,professional groups may lose the cluster effect because of our narrowness and stubbornness.The practical paths of the systematic reform of professional groups are as follows:Orderly,that is,to improve the governance structure of professional groups and enhance the governance ability;integration,that is,to innovate the operating mechanism of professional groups and give play to the advantages of clusters;Difference,that is,to strengthen the specialty group characteristics,highlight the specialty personality;Connection,that is,integration of professional group information resources,strengthen logical correlation;Change,that is to strengthen the practice and innovation of professional groups to ensure sustainable development.
