摘　　要：硕士研究生创新意识和创新能力培养是研究生教育的一个根本出发点,也是高校教学改革中必须进行的重要内容。立足现实,结合我国研究生教育现状,对培养研究生创新能力和创新意识的存在问题进行了分析,并以广西科技大学机械与汽车工程学院研究生创新教育实践为例,介绍了对研究生的创新意识和创新能力培养策略的探索,并用培养实践成果说明研究生创新能力培养的重要性。为研究生科研创新意识和创新能力的培养方法提供参考依据。The cultivation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability of postgraduate students is a fundamental starting point of postgraduate education,and also an important content that must be carried out in the teaching reform of colleges and universities.Based on the reality,combined with the present situation of graduate education in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems of cultivating the innovative ability and consciousness of graduate students and takes the innovative education practice of the School of Mechanical and Automobile Engineering of Guangxi University of Science and Technology as an example to introduce its exploration of the cultivation strategies of innovative consciousness and innovative ability of graduate students.The importance of cultivating the innovative ability of postgraduates is illustrated by the results of training practice.It provides a reference for the cultivation method of postgraduate scientific research innovation consciousness and innovation ability.
