摘  要:以过程装备与控制工程专业基础课《工程热力学》为例,从一名跨专业入职青年教师的视角,总结了个人授课体会及不断完善授课技能的思路和做法。对于跨专业入职的青年教师,在从事所在专业教学的过程中,建议教学初期要做好以下几个方面:理解课程在专业人才培养中的定位与作用,明确课程的目标并建立与其相适应的考核方式,增加课程相关工程实际或前沿问题的积累并有效导入课堂,从而为更好的讲好一门课程奠定基础。Taking Engineering Thermodynamics,a basic course of the major of Process Equipment and Control Engineering,as an example,some teaching experience for continuously improve and perfecting the ideas and methods of teaching skills from the perspective of cross-professional newly graduated young teachersing was summarized.For cross-professional newly graduated young teachers,they were suggested to do the following aspects in professional teaching:understanding the position and role of the curriculum in the cultivation of professional talents,clarifying the objectives of the curriculum and establish appropriate assessment methods,increasing the accumulation of practical and leading-edge problems related to the curriculum and effectively introducing them into class to establish foundation of a better course.
