摘　　要：通过建立蒙医全科医学专业管理一体化,专业师资能力提升一体化,分层递进式理论、技能、实践一体化,专业理论与实践课程一体化,注重全科住院医师人文素养教育,科研能力培养,公共卫生服务能力培养,形成“四个一体化+”培养模式,突出“全-专结合”“医-防结合”,提升蒙医全科医学人才培养质量,成效显著。为进一步优化培养方案,推进构建适合本地区实际的全科医生培养新模式提供思路。By establishing the“four integration+”training mode of integrated management of Mongolian general practice,integrated improvement of professional teachers’ability,hierarchical and progressive integra⁃tion of theory,skill and practice,integration of professional theory and practice curriculum,focusing on humanis⁃tic literacy education of general practice residents,scientific research ability training and public health service ability training,Highlighting the“combination of whole-specialty”and“combination of medicine and preven⁃tion”to improve the training quality of Mongolian medicine general practice talents,and achieving results.In or⁃der to further optimize the training program and promote the construction of a new general practitioner training model suitable for the actual situation in the region.
