摘　　要：课程是大学人才培养的核心问题,其质量高低直接影响着育人成效。“金课”“一流课程”意味着建设高质量的大学课程,建设高质量的大学课程应基于对课程质量内涵与特征的深刻理解与把握。大学课程质量是高等教育质量的核心组成,是动静结合的有机整体,兼顾内适应性与外适应性,兼具多样性和统一性的特征。在高质量发展视域下,通过重塑以课程为核心的高等教育改革推动体系,构建以课程为中心的闭环运行保障体系,为建设高质量大学课程提供政策、组织、系统和机制支撑。Curriculum is the core issue of university personnel training,and its quality directly affects the educational effectiveness.“Golden course”and“First-class course”mean the construction of high-quality university courses which should be based on a deep understanding and grasp of the connotation and characteristics of curriculum quality.The quality of university curriculum is the core component of the higher education quality,and it is an organic whole combining dynamic and static,taking into account both internal and external adaptability,both diversity and unity of the characteristics.From the perspective of high-quality development,by reshaping the higher education reform system with curriculum as the core,and constructing the closed-loop operation guarantee system with curriculum as the center,to provide policy,organizational,system and mechanism support for high-quality university courses.
