摘  要:高职院校是高素质人才的培养基地,理应在培养乡村人才、建设乡村人才队伍方面发挥优势,承担责任。为解决农业类专业学生的技能提升和创新创业质量的提升,更好地服务区域产业发展和国家“三教改革”,黄冈职业技术学院专业教学团队构建了“赛教融合+双创融合”型课程体系,通过将专业技能大赛和创新创业大赛内容本地化、案例化,充分融入到教学内容中,学生参加技能大赛和创新创业大赛获奖成效明显。专业人才培养质量提升明显,教师教学能力和社会服务能力明显增强。Higher vocational colleges are the training base for high-quality talents,which should play their advantages and take responsibility in cultivating rural talents and building a rural talent team.In order to improve the skills and innovation and entrepreneurship quality of students majoring in agriculture,and better serve regional industrial development and the national“three education reform”,the professional teaching team in Huanggang Polytechnic College has constructed a“competition-education integration+innovation-entrepreneurship integration”curriculum system.By localizing and case-based the content of the professional skills competition and innovation-entrepreneurship competition,which is fully integrated into the teaching content,the students,who have participated in skill competitions and innovation-entrepreneurship competitions,have achieved significant results in winning awards.The quality of professional talent cultivation has been significantly improved,and the teaching ability and social service ability of teachers have been greatly enhanced.
