摘  要:论文针对某公司的实物质量,通过有效的质量管控,将质量指标逐层分解落实,并与单位、个人工资有效结合,形成质量工资,每月通过公司办公自动化平台进行公示,使人人关注质量,以此来提升实物质量。此外,结合方案运行实例和试运行以来的数据对比,展示了质量工资方案在提升产品质量方面的积极效果,同时也为公司提升实物质量提供了一种可行的解决方案。希望可以为同类公司实物质量提升提供一种参考。Through effective quality control measures,the quality indicators of a certain company's physical products are decomposed and implemented layer by layer,and are effectively integrated with unit and individual salaries to form a quality salary.The monthly quality salary is publicly displayed through the company's office automation platform,making everyone pay attention to quality and thus improving physical product quality.In addition,with the use of case studies and data comparisons since the trial runs of the quality salary program,the positive effects of the program on improving product quality are demonstrated,providing a feasible solution for the company to enhance physical product quality.Hope to provide a reference for similar companies to improve their physical product quality.
