摘　　要：课程思政建设是立足于解决“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本问题。组织学与胚胎学是基础医学的主干学科之一,也是学习生命科学的必修课程。为探索组织学与胚胎学课程思政育人模式,本研究首先从组织学与胚胎学课程特点出发,在课程中有针对性地设计、融入思政元素,形成课程思政案例库。文章以受精这一知识点为例,浅析思政元素与专业知识的融入。其次,依托河南省线上线下混合式一流课程的网上教学平台,采用二维三阶的混合式教学方法,将课程思政贯穿于课前、课中和课后。同时开展第二课堂、社会实践和志愿服务,坚持全员全过程全方位育人,从而将素质目标、知识目标和能力目标融为一体,以期实现课程思政与思政课同向同行,形成协同效应。The ideological and political construction of curriculum is based on solving the fundamental problem of"what kind of people to train,how to cultivate people and for whom to cultivate people".Histology and embryology is an important basic course of medicine.It is a required course for medical students.In order to construct the mode of ideological and political education in the course of histology and embryology,the points of knowledge with ideological education were excavated.Firstly,based on the characteristics of histology and embryology course,curriculum ideology case base has been established by integrating ideological and political elements into the curriculum.Taking fertilization as an example,this paper analyzes the integration of ideological and political elements and professional knowledge.Then,relying on the platform of online and offline mixed first-class courses in He’nan Province,the two-dimensional and three-level mixed teaching method is adopted for the course.Curriculum ideology runs through the course process.At the same time,this course group carry out second classroom,social practice and voluntary service,so as to integrate the quality objectives,knowledge objectives and ability objectives.In the end,curriculum ideology and political courses run through the whole process of talent training.
