摘  要:分子生物学作为医学研究生的核心基础课程,对未来医学发展起着关键作用。“科教融合”是高校实施创新型人才培养模式的重要战略计划,打造高水平教学质量的突破口。文章阐述了“科教融合”对医学研究生创新能力培养的必要性,并针对现阶段分子生物学教学模式存在的问题,提出了基于“科教融合”的理念,开展优化教学内容、传统教学与现代教学方法相融合、将科研成果引入教学、改革考核方式等四个方面的改革措施。并以2019级吉林大学医学部研究生为对象来实施,结果发现在新“科教融合”的教学模式下,研究生的分子生物学成绩及科研能力都得到了显著的提高,有效地促进科研与分子生物学教学的相辅相成,培养了学生的创新能力和专业素养,对推动吉林大学医学研究生教育建设和培养创新型和卓越型人才具有重大意义。As the core foundation course for medical graduate students,molecular biology plays a key role in the future development of medicine research.The“integration of science and education”is an important strategic plan for universities to implement innovative talent training models and create a breakthrough in high-level teaching quality.This paper elaborates the importance of the“integration of science and education”for cultivating the innovative ability of medical postgraduates.Also,according to the current problems existing in molecular biology teaching,four reform solutions have been presented,including the optimizing teaching content,combining traditional teaching with modern teaching methods,introducing scientific research achievements into teaching,and reforming assessment methods.Furthermore,the reforming strategies are implemented in the medical postgraduate students of Jilin University.At last,the results showed that the molecular biology achievements and scientific research ability of the graduate students have been significantly improved under the new"science and education integration"teaching mode,which effectively promoting the complementarity of scientific research and molecular biology learning,cultivating the innovation ability and professional quality of graduate students.Thus,it is of great significance to promote the construction of graduate education in our university and cultivate innovative top-notch and outstanding talents.
