摘  要:纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)广泛应用于气道管理中,其熟练使用需要长时间的学习和实践,模拟教学在纤支镜的教学中发挥重要的作用。纤支镜插管培训系统包括熟悉纤支镜结构、在插管模型和训练箱等模拟工具上练习,然后在全麻和清醒的临床患者进行插管。近年来纤支镜模拟器逐渐成为一种高仿真、高效的训练工具。目前国内外研究表明使用纤支镜模拟器能显著提升纤支镜的培训效果,极大提高了操作的灵活性、准确度和速度,并增强了操作者的信心。纤支镜模拟器培训的医师在操作用时、碰壁次数、红视时间、观察到目标结构的比例等方面均优于传统方法。文章针对目前纤支镜模拟器在麻醉医师教学中的不足提出了解决方案,以探索设计出更合理、更完善的综合培训系统,全面提升纤支镜技术水平。Fiberoptic bronchoscope is widely used in airway management.Its skilled use requires a long time of learning and practice.Simulation teaching plays an important role in the teaching of fiberoptic bronchoscope.The fiberoptic bronchoscope intubation training system includes acquiring knowledge of fiberoptic bronchoscope,practicing on simulation tools such as intubation model and training box,and then intubation in anesthetized or awake patients.Recently,bronchoscope simulator has gradually become a high-fidelity and efficient training tool.At present,domestic and abroad studies have shown that the use of fiberoptic bronchoscope simulator can significantly improve the training effect of fiberoptic bronchoscope,greatly improve the flexibility,accuracy and speed of operation and enhance the confidence of operators.The doctors trained by fiberoptic bronchoscope simulator are superior to the traditional teaching method in terms of the operation time,wall contact,red-out and identified segments.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current fiberoptic bronchoscope simulator in the teaching of anesthesiologists,this paper puts forward a solution to explore and design a more reasonable and perfect comprehensive training system,and comprehensively improve the technical level of fiberoptic bronchoscope.
