摘 要:目的为了提高解剖教师的综合教学能力。从而树立榜样,激发学生的学习热情,提高课堂教学效果。方法鼓励试验组解剖教师走进临床,并在人体解剖学教学中融入人文教育和科研理念,对照组依旧采取传统教学模式。最后分别对带教学生对老师的满意度及学生的平均成绩进行对比分析。结果试验组学生对老师的满意度及考试平均分均明显高于对照组,存在统计学差异。结论提高解剖学教师综合教学能力无疑是检验教学效果的重要途径。Objective In order to improve the comprehensive teaching ability of anatomy teachers.So as to set up idols,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning and improve the classroom teaching effect.Methods Anatomical teachers in the experimental group were encouraged to go into the clinic and incorporate humanistic education and scientific research ideas into the teaching of human anatomy.While the control group still adopted the traditional teaching mode.At last,to makes a comparative analysis of the students'satisfaction with teachers and their average scores.Results The students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of their satisfaction with the teacher and the average score.Conclusion Showed that improving the comprehensive teaching ability of anatomy teachers was undoubtedly an important way to test the teaching effect.
