摘　　要：目的调查护士对肿瘤患者生育力保存的认知及参与情况,并分析其影响因素,以期为促进生育力保存的临床开展提供借鉴。方法2022年10—11月选取郑州市2所妇幼专科医院妇科、产科、生殖医学科、血液科等涉及生育力保存措施相关科室的临床护士450名,收集并分析其性别、年龄、科室、职称、层级、受教育程度、婚姻及生育状况、护理工作经历等资料,采用logistic回归分析探讨护士参与肿瘤患者生育力保存的影响因素。结果有效回收问卷431份(95.8%),共有123名(28.5%)护士表示曾向肿瘤患者推荐过生育力保存,仅116名(26.9%)护士参加过生育力保存相关内容的培训;护士对自身参与生育力保存认同度得分总分为(74.53±12.39)分;护士认为自己参与生育力保存的促进因素主要是“患者主动提出了生育力保存相关问题”(85.4%)、“我需要为患者提供健康教育”(77.0%),主要阻碍因素是“我缺乏生育力保存相关专业知识”(77.7%)、“和患者进行生育力保存讨论使他/她想起病情、引起不适”(68.9%)。logistic回归分析结果显示,是否参加过生育力保存相关培训、是否专科护士、从事护理工作年限、年龄、生育力保存重要性认同度为护士向肿瘤患者推荐生育力保存的影响因素。结论护士在肿瘤患者生育力保存中参与度不高,认同度处于中等偏上水平,是否专科护士、从事护理工作年限、年龄、生育力保存重要性认同度以及是否参与过生育力保存培训是影响护士向肿瘤患者推荐生育力保存的因素。Objective To investigate nurses’cognition and participation in patient fertility preservation and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for promoting the clinical development of fertility preservation.Methods From October to November 2022,450 clinical nurses from gynecology,obstetrics,reproduction,hematology and other related departments involved in fertility preservation measures in two maternal and child hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected by convenience sampling.Investigated and analyzed their basic information such as gender,age,department,professional title,level,educational background,marriage and childbearing status,nursing work experience,etc.Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of nurses’participation in fertility preservation.Results There were 431(95.8%)valid questionnaires were collected.A total of 123 nurses(28.5%)who had recommended fertility preservation to patients.Only 116 nurses(26.9%)participated in fertility preservation training.The total score of nurses’recognition of their participation in fertility preservation was(74.53±12.39).Nurses reported that the main promoting factors for their participation in fertility preservation are“patients actively raise issues related to fertility preservation”(85.4%)and“I need to provide health education for patients”(77.0%).The main obstacles are“I lack professional knowledge about fertility preservation”(77.7%)and“discussing fertility preservation with the patient reminds him/her of the illness and causes discomfort”(68.9%).Logistic regression analysis showed that whether nurses had participated in fertility preservation training,whether they were specialized nurses,years of nursing work,age and recognition of the importance of fertility preservation were the influencing factors for nurses to recommend fertility preservation to tumor patients.Conclusion Nurses’participation in the fertility preservation of tumor patients is not high,and their recognition level is above the
