摘　　要：核心价值观是统一思想和规范行为的准绳,开展核心价值观教育及建设是凝聚国民力量的关键。通过核心价值观的教育,韩国显著地提升了文化“软实力”。从韩国中小学的课程、教材与教学等层面,深入分析了其核心价值观教育的目标、内容和实践路径。韩国中小学的核心价值观教育目标聚焦国家导向、社会促进和个体发展,教育内容体现为忠于国的爱国教育、孝为先的儒家思想教育、长于礼的品德行为教育、公正为本的民主法治教育以及融至上的多元文化教育。韩国学校实施核心价值观教育的实践路径是基于国家导向的立法保障,基于规范课程的全面渗透,基于课外拓展的综合修炼,基于家校联动的协同育人。Core values are the yardstick for unifying thoughts and standardizing behaviors,whilecarrying out core values education and construction is the key to cohesion of national strength.Through the education of core values,South Korea has significantly improved its cultural“soft power”.From the curriculum,teaching materials and teaching at primary and secondary schools in South Korea,this paper analyzes the objectives,contents and implementation path of core values education.The core values education objectives of primary and secondary schools in South Korea focus on national orientation,social promotion and individual development,and the education contentsare embodied in patriotic education of loyalty to the country,Confucian education of filial piety,moral education of good manners,rule of law education based on justice and democracy education,and integrated multicultural education.The implementation path of value education in Korean schools is based on the stateoriented legislative guarantee,the comprehensive penetration of standardized curriculum,the comprehensive cultivation of extracurricular expansion activities,and the collaborative education between family and school.
