摘　　要：新形势下,高校学历继续教育学生思政工作面临挑战,有必要创新工作模式。文章探讨基于矩阵组织结构的党小组思政工作模式,阐述矩阵党小组思政工作模式的内涵、特点、运作原则与意义,分析该模式的运行机制。On the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the ideological and political work of college students in continuing education under the new situation,this article puts forward the ideological and political work mode of the party group based on the matrix organizational structure,expounds the connotation,characteristics,operation principles and significance of the ideological and political work mode,and analyzes concretely the working mechanism of the ideological and political work mode.
