摘  要:为探究影响造纸法再造烟叶涂布液黏度的相关因素及变化规律,从涂布液的检测条件及其组成两个方面进行试验研究。结果表明:在20~80℃区间内,随着温度升高,涂布液的黏度逐渐下降;相同温度下,转子转速越快,涂布液黏度测定值越低。涂布液黏度与添加的粉末物性及添加量关系紧密,如在涂布液中添加粉末,建议添加量小于6%,在此条件下涂布液黏度变化不大。粉末添加量在0~15%时,300、600、900目3个粒径对应的涂布液黏度变化不大。当保润剂和胶黏剂的添加量分别在0~3%、0~0.3%范围时,涂布液的黏度有一定程度增加,且胶黏剂影响大于保润剂。In order to explore the influencing factors and changing rules of coating liquid viscosity,the experiment was carried out from two aspects,one was the detection conditions,and the other was composition of the coating liquid.The result showed that in the range of 20~80℃,with the increasing of temperature,the viscosity decreased gradually.At the same temperature,the faster the rotor speed,the lower the viscosity.The viscosity of the coating liquid was closely related to the physical properties of the powder and the addition ratio.When powder was added to the coating liquid,it was recommended that the proportion of powder should be less than 6%.At this time,the viscosity of the coating liquid exhibited little change.When the addition ratio was in the range of 0~15%,the particle sizes of the powder showed little effects on the viscosity of the coating liquid,including 300 mesh,600 mesh,and 900 mesh.When the addition amount of humectant and adhesive in the range of 0~3%and 0~0.3%,the viscosity of the coating liquid increased to a certain extent,and the adhesive had a greater impact than the humectant.
