摘 要:适龄劳动力的减少和人工成本的增加使很多以廉价劳动力为产业利润的传统家具制作行业不得不被迫转型。工业机器人的使用成为了降低人力资源成本的重要途径,工业机器人能够有效代替传统劳动力。我国工业机器人的发展已有多年的历史,而国外机器人的发展已完成了多次的更新换代。针对家具行业工业机器人的使用现状,探讨家具行业使用工业机器人发展的必然,对现阶段家具行业中常见工业机器人进行了阐述,对比分析了传统家具制作与工业机器人制作的优势和劣势,展望了家具行业工业机器发展的前景。The reduction of eligible labor force and the increase of labor cost have forced many traditional furniture manufacturing industries that take cheap labor as industrial profits to transform.The usage of industrial robots has become an important way to reduce the cost of human resources.Industrial robots can effectively replace labor.The development of industrial robots in China has a history of many years,and the development of robots abroad has been updated for many times.Aiming at the current situation of the use of industrial robots in the furniture industry,the inevitability of the development of the use of industrial robots in the furniture industry was discussed,the common industrial robots in the furniture industry at this stage was expounded,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional furniture making and industrial robot making were compared and analyzed,and the prospects of the development of industrial machines in the furniture industry were looked forward to.
