基于文献计量的全球真菌毒素研究态势分析

摘　　要：以Web of Science核心合集中SCI-Expanded数据库中真菌毒素相关论文为数据源,利用文献计量学方法,从发文、国家、研究机构、期刊、研究热点和主题等方面进行计量分析,探讨真菌毒素研究态势。结果表明:真菌毒素领域文献数量总体呈上升趋势,该研究受关注程度逐年增加;美国、中国、意大利发文量较高;全球领先的研究机构有美国农业部、根特大学、瓦伦西亚大学等;研究主题主要集中在检测方法和风险评估研究、毒性及毒性动力学研究、污染防治和降解研究等方向。Using the SCI-Expanded database of Web of Science as the data source,the bibliometrics method was used to conduct statistical analysis from the publication,countries,research institutions,journals,research hotspots and topics,etc.,to explore the research situation of mycotoxins.The results showed that the number of literatures in the field of mycotoxins was on the rise.The degree of attention received by this research is increasing year by year.The United States,China and Italy have a high number of publications.Leading global research institutions include the US Department of Agriculture,the University of Ghent and the University of Valencia.The research directions mainly focus on detection methods and risk assessment,toxicity and toxicity kinetics,pollution prevention and degradation.
