摘 要:为研究不同品种甘草提取物的护肤相关生物功能差异及其影响因素,筛选出可用于表征甘草提取物护肤活性优劣的质量标志物(Q-Markers),测定甘草提取物中总黄酮、总皂苷和总多糖,以及甘草酸、甘草苷、光甘草定、异甘草苷、甘草素、甘草次酸和异甘草素7种主要活性单体的含量,并在细胞水平对商品乌拉尔甘草、胀果甘草和光果甘草提取物的保湿及美白功效进行比较研究,进而对甘草提取物的主要活性成分含量及护肤相关生物功能进行了相关性分析。比较研究结果显示,保湿活性方面,乌拉尔甘草和胀果甘草具有显著优势,而美白活性方面,光果甘草具有显著优势。相关性分析结果显示,总多糖、甘草素和甘草次酸含量与保湿活性具有较强正相关性,光甘草定、总黄酮和异甘草苷含量与美白活性具有较强正相关性。综上所述,不同品种甘草提取物的护肤功效不尽相同,需针对不同功效需求进行区分使用。另外,筛选出总多糖、甘草素和甘草次酸可作为甘草保湿活性的潜在质量标志物,筛选出光甘草定、总黄酮和异甘草苷可作为甘草美白活性的潜在质量标志物。In order to explore the biological functions related to skin care of different licorice extracts and their influencing factors,and to screen out quality markers(Q-Markers) that can be used to characterize the skin care activities of licorice extracts,the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins,together with total polysaccharides,glycyrrhizic acid,liquiritin,glabridin,isoliquiritin,liquiritigenin,glycyrrhetinic acid and isoliquiritigenin seven main active monomers in licorice extracts were determined,and the moisturizing and whitening effects of commercial Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,G.inflata Bat.and G.glabra L.extracts were compared at the cellular level,and then the correlation analysis was carried out between the contents of main active ingredients and the skin care effects.The result of the comparative study showed that G.uralensis Fisch.and G.inflata Bat.had significant advantages in moisturizing activity,while G.glabra L.had significant advantages in whitening activity.The result of correlation analysis showed that the contents of total polysaccharides,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetinic acid had strong positive correlations with the moisturizing activity,and the contents of glabridin,total flavonoids and isoliquiritin had strong positive correlations with the whitening activity.To sum up,different licorice extracts have different skin care effects,and they need to be used differently according to different functional requirements.In addition,total polysaccharides,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetinic acid were screened out as potential Q-Markers for moisturizing activity of licorice,and glabridin,total flavonoids and isoliquiritin were screened out as potential Q-Markers for whitening activity of licorice.
