摘 要:对专业人才培养质量的科学评价是推动高校内涵发展的重要任务.本文以南阳师范学院数学与应用数学专业人才培养质量评价实践为例,探索构建了以培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系为核心的人才培养外循环和以课程目标、课程教学和课程考核为核心的人才培养内循环为主体的内外双循环质量评价体系,进一步探讨了内外双循环人才培养质量评价实施的方式与路径,以期推动地方高校人才培养质量螺旋式提升.The scientific evaluation of the quality of professional talent training is an important task to promote the development of the quality connotation of colleges and universities.This paper takes the evaluation of the training quality of mathematics and applied mathematics major in Nanyang Normal University as an example.It has explored and constructed the external cycle of talent cultivation with training objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum system as the core and the internal cycle of talent cultivation with curriculum objectives,curriculum teaching and curriculum assessment as the core,as well as the internal and external double cycle quality evaluation system.It also further discusses the ways of evaluating the quality of talent cultivation in both internal and external circulation,with a view to promoting the spiral improvement of talent cultivation quality in local colleges and universities.
