摘 要:Lysophospholipids are metabolites of glycerophospholipids and sphingolipids that are commonly found as lipid constituents of cell membranes. In addition to their function as structural membrane components, certain members of the lysophospholipid family have considera ble cell signaling pro perties.Sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P) and lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)represent the two major bioactive members of the lysophospholipid family that address specific G-protein cou pled receptors.
