摘 要:目的探讨基于心流体验的闯关性教学法在基础护理学中的应用效果。方法抽取2019级护理专业两个班,一个班47人为试验组,另一个班48人为对照组。对照组采用传统以讲授、演示为主的教学方法,试验组采用基于心流体验的闯关性教学法。课程结束后通过理论考核、操作考核、心流体验量表及自制问卷进行教学效果评价。结果试验组理论与操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),心流体验量表得分高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组大部分学生认可基于心流体验的闯关性教学法。结论基于心流体验的闯关性教学法可引发学生的心流体验,有利于提升基础护理学课程教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of the flow-based experiential learning method on hurdle-type teaching in basic nursing education.Methods Two classes of nursing students in their 2019 level were selected,with 47 students in the experimental group and 48 students in the control group.The control group was taught through traditional lectures and demonstrations,while the experimental group used the flow-based experiential learning method for hurdle-type teaching.The effectiveness of the teaching was evaluated through theoretical and practical examinations,Flow Short Scale and self-made questionnaires after the course.Results The experimental group had higher scores than the control group in both theoretical and practical examinations(P<0.05),and also had higher scores in Flow Short Scale(P<0.05).Most of the students in the experimental group acknowledged the effectiven-ess of the flow-based experiential learning method on hurdle-type teaching.Conclusion The flow-based experiential learning method can trigger students′flow experience and is beneficial for improving the teaching effectiveness of basic nursing education.
