摘　　要：探索基于决策对抗大赛的公共管理虚拟仿真实践教学,分析教学后学生和指导教师核心能力提升情况,揭示虚拟仿真实践教学对提升我国高等教育质量的重要意义。虚拟仿真实践教学不仅打破了传统教学的时空局限性,还增强了学生的专业认同感,是促进我国高等教育质量内涵式发展的重要手段。To explore the virtual reality practical teaching in public management based on Decision-making Opposed Competition,analyzes the students′and instructors′core competencies improvement after teaching,and reveals the importance of virtual reality practical teaching in improving the higher education quality in China.Virtual reality practical teaching not only breaks the time and space limitations of traditional teaching,but also enhances students′professional identity,which is an important means to promote the internal development of the higher education quality in China.
