摘 要:目的了解新疆医学院校预防医学专业学生职业认同现状,以及新冠肺炎疫情发生后,职业认同发生的改变。方法选择新疆医科大学预防医学专业2020级新生为研究对象,采用整群抽样的方式进行问卷调查,通过t检验、单因素方差分析等方法对数据进行分析。结果学生职业认同量表总分为(95.94±11.71)分,条目均分为(3.67±0.37)分,各维度得分为3.27~4.07分,职业承诺维度得分最低,职业期望维度得分最高。结论预防医学专业学生职业认同处于中等偏上水平,对职业认知、职业期望、职业行为、职业价值观等的认同度较高。学生职业认同受性别、民族、是否为独生子女、家庭居住地、本专业是否为第一志愿等多种因素影响。Objective To make certain the status quo of occupational identity of students majoring in preventive medicine in Xinjiang medical colleges and universities,and the changes of occupational identity after the outbreak of COVID-19.Methods The freshmen of grade 2020 majoring in preventive medicine in Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects.The questionnaire survey was conducted by cluster sampling.The data were analyzed by test and single factor analysis of variance.Results The total score of students′professional identity scale was(95.94±11.71),the average score of items was(3.67±0.37),and the scores of each dimension were 3.27~4.07.The score of professional commitment dimension was the lowest,and the score of professional expectation dimension was the highest.Conclusion The occupational identity of students majoring in preventive medicine is above the middle level,and the recognition of professional cognition,professional expectation,professional behavior and professional values is higher.Students′professional identity is influenced by many factors,such as gender,nationality,whether they are the only child,family residence,and whether the major is their first choice.
