摘 要:随着运营里程和速度的不断增大,我国高速动车组车轮磨耗逐渐增大,同时对车辆稳定性造成了一定影响。经过大量的线路试验表明,动车组运营中出现了大量的抖车问题,并且有些线路出现长距离的转向架蛇行失稳状态。针对以上现象,对高速动车组转向架蛇行状态下的车轮磨耗问题进行分析,首先建立某型动车组车辆动力学模型和Jendel车轮磨耗模型,并通过实测数据对动力学模型进行验证;然后分析车辆在转向架蛇行状态下的轮轨接触参数规律,最后对有无激励、不同蛇行幅值、线路参数对于车轮磨耗的影响进行探讨。结果表明:蛇行状态下车轮磨耗出现不同程度的增大,同时蛇行幅值越大,车轮磨耗越大,在长距离蛇行状态运行200000 km后,可以看出踏面磨耗主要集中在-40~30 mm之间,车轮最大磨耗深度为0.58 mm左右。因此,在动车组服役过程中需要关注车轮蛇行运动稳定性,避免转向架蛇行失稳后造成的车轮磨耗增大现象。With continuous increase in operating mileage and speed,wheel wear of high-speed EMUs in our country is gradually increasing,meanwhile it has a certain impact on vehicle stability.A lot of line tests show that there are a lot of car-shaking problems in operation of EMUs,and some lines have long distance bogie hunting instability.Here,aiming at the above phenomena,the wheel wear problem of high-speed EMUs under bogie hunting was analyzed.Firstly,the vehicle dynamic model and Jendel wheel wear model of a certain type EMUs were established,and the dynamic model was verified with the measured data.Then,variation laws of wheel-rail contact parameters of the vehicle under bogie hunting were analyzed.Finally,effects of excitation,different hunting amplitudes and line parameters on wheel wear were explored.The results showed that wheel wears increase to different extents under bogie hunting,and the larger the hunting amplitude,the bigger the wheel wear;after running 200000 km under long-distance bogie hunting,tread wears are mainly concentrated between-40 mm and 30 mm,and the maximum wear depth of wheel is about 0.58 mm.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the stability of the hunting movement of the high-speed EMUs during the operation to avoid the phenomenon of wheel wear increasing caused by the bogie hunting.
