摘 要:目的探索临床专病实境教学方法运用于产科实习带教工作中的作用。方法选择2019年1月—2019年9月、2020年1月—2020年9月在山东省滨州医学院附属医院实习的学生作为研究对象分为参照组、实验组,各30名。参照组给予产科常规教学方法,实验组给予产科临床专病实境教学方法。对比2组教学效果。结果实验组理论基础知识内容、实践操作方面技术水平考查分数值均高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组对实习带教认可情况具体调查结果均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在产科实习带教工作中选用临床专病实境教学方法展示出较优的效果。Objective To explore the role of clinical disease reality teaching method in obstetric practice teaching.Methods 30 interns selected for obstetrics practice in Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January 2019 to September 2019 and from January 2020 to September 2020 were included in the detailed evaluation data of the reference group and the experimental group.They were given routine obstetric teaching methods and practical obstetric clinical disease teaching methods respectively,and the corresponding results were studied.Results The scores of theoretical basic knowledge content and technical level in practice of experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The specific survey results of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In obstetric practice teaching,the selection of clinical disease reality teaching method shows a better teaching effect.
