针刺联合构音训练对功能性构音障碍儿童智力结构的影响

摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合构音训练对功能性构音障碍患儿智力结构的影响。方法选取功能性构音障碍患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予构音训练,观察组给予针刺疗法联合构音训练,治疗结束后分析临床效果及构音结构变化。结果治疗结束后观察组总有效率为87.5%(35/40),对照组为70.0%(28/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,观察组患儿的总智商、操作智商均高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),而言语智商无明显变化。结论针刺联合构音训练可提高功能性构音障碍的临床治疗总有效率,提高操作智商,促进功能性构音障碍患儿智力结构平衡发展。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with articulation training on the intellectual structure of children with functional articulation disorder.Methods 80 children with functional dysarthria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received articulation training,while the observation group received acupuncture therapy combined with articulation training.The clinical effect and structural changes were analyzed after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 87.5%(35/40)in the observation group and 70.0%(28/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the total IQ and operational IQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment,while the verbal IQ showed no significant change.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with sound articulation training can improve the clinical treatment efficiency of functional articulation disorder,improve operational IQ,and promote the balanced development of intellectual structure in children with functional articulation disorder.
