摘 要:孔子作为中国历史上一位伟大的教育家、思想家,其教育思想一直备受教育界关注。《论语》是记录孔子与弟子言行的集大成之作,被后世奉为圭臬。孔子的教育思想在该书中有较多论述,成为历朝历代教师开展教学的指导思想。复旦大学心理学教授张学新在批判地吸收融合传统讲授式课堂与讨论式课堂各自优点的基础上,提出了一种新的课堂教学模式,称之为“对分课堂”。对分课堂最关键的一个理念就是把一半课堂时间交给教师进行讲授,另一半时间交给学生以讨论的方式进行交互式学习。而且,对分课堂最重要的创新之处在于隔堂讨论,让学生在两次课之间有一定的空闲时间自主安排学习,进行个性化的消化吸收。在总结对分课堂实践经验和进行教育理论升华的基础上,张学新教授于2016年出版专著《对分课堂:中国教育的新智慧》(科学出版社,2016年12月)。文章将着重阐释对分课堂对孔子教育思想的继承与发展,以期加深广大师生对对分课堂的认识和理解,更好地用其指导教学实践。Confucius is a great educator and thinker in Chinese history,whose thoughts were mainly recorded in The Analects of Confucius which is regarded as a guidance book by many teachers and students in the successive dynasties.Zhang Xuexin,a Psychology professor from Fudan University,proposes a new teaching method called PAD class(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)by combing the advantages of both traditional lecture and dis⁃cussion.The key idea of PAD class is to allocate half of the class time to the teacher’s presentation and the other half to the students’discussion for interactive learning.Moreover,the most creative point of PAD is to separate the teacher’s presentation from the students’discussion with a certain time(usually one week)in between for stu⁃dents’self-paced and individualized assimilation.At the end of 2016,he wrote the book The PAD Class:New Wisdom of Chinese Education published by Science Press based on his PAD practice and reflection.This paper elaborates on the inheritance and development of The PAD Class from Confucius’s educational thoughts so as to deepen the understandings of PAD class by teachers and students,which provides guidance for their teaching and learning.
