梨枣果皮中酚类物质高效液相色谱分析方法的确定

摘  要:本试验以梨枣为材料,建立了高效液相色谱测定梨枣果皮酚类物质的色谱条件,色谱柱:大连依利特反相C18柱;紫外检测波长280 nm;柱温35℃;流速l mL/min;进样量为20μL;流动相A为甲醇,流动相B为超纯水(1%乙酸);梯度洗脱程序:0 min 5%A,40 min 30%A,45 min 100%A,55 min 100%A,60 min 5%A。酚类物质在40 min内得到了很好的分离,且回收率均较高,RSD值也较低。This experiment with Lizao for the material of dates,established HPLC condition that seven phenolic compounds content synchronously,determinated:C18 chromatographic column;UV detection wavelength was 280 nm;Column temperature was 35℃;the flow rate was 1 mL/min;the injection volume was 20μL;Mobile phase A was methanol,mobile phase B is the ultra-pure water(1%acetic acid);Gradient elution program:0 min 5%A,40 min 30%A,45 min 100%A,55 min 100%A,60 min 5%A.Seven phenolic compounds in 40 min was well within the separation,and recovery rate were higher,the minimum detection limit is lower.
